- Once you place an order on us we assign your case to an appropriate technical department,
this process may take a maximum of 15 minutes. If it is taking more than 15 minutes

support representative would contact you and get additional details on the computer
problems being faced by you. We would request you to provide us with remote connection
from our support center. Once the connection is established we are remotely able
to work on your computer.
- You have an option of sitting in front of the computer while we are working.
